Your CURVES locations can now:

• Receive a "BUY BACK" offer form Cardiac Systems for a returned AED. Since some CURVES locations are consolidating, and or closing locations. If they have an AED and want to sell it, we will evaluate the system and offer a Buy Back purchase price (dependent on age of the unit, condition, and upgradeability). If they try to sell on their own there are a lot of potential liabilities to re-selling life saving medical equipment. The Prescription alone being one obstacle, yet alone the operation of the AED being properly functional.
• Leasing continues to be popular with CURVES, and you can now lease/buy an AED for under $40.00 PER MONTH, (based on credit approval). A definite LOW COST item while providing a life saving product. Cost should no longer be a reason NOT TO BUY an AED. Cardiac Systems has (5) Leasing plans to offer CURVES.
• NEW CURVES locations that have opened over the previous year, may not be aware of the existing Federal/ State laws requiring AED's in clubs. There are presently 12 States mandating AED's. Those states are:

  • Indiana
  • Louisiana
  • Massachusetts
  • Michigan
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Oregon
  • Rhode Island
  • District of Columbia

More states will be added by the end of this year.
