How to Renew / Join your Membership

Join for just .27 cents per day! Annual dues are normally $125. However, when you join prior to November 15th, pay just $99, adding a $26 savings to the current CFA discounts. Your CFA membership also includes discounts with Payment Alliance, Sport & Fitness, Cardiac Systems, Patch Products, Walking Poles, and various others.

Please note that the membership is now per owner, and not per club!

Please log into www.curvesfa.org & click the "renew" tab at the top of the page. You will also be able to join at this year’s Convention Expo! We would love to see you at the CFA booth!

Please note that there is a two-step process to joining.

1. You must first pay the membership dues at: https://events.membersolutions.com/event_detail.asp?content_id=23277&s=e...
2. Visit www.curvesfa.org & "create an account" on the right hand side of the page. After creating, it will take 24-48 hours to confirm payment of dues and activate the online website account.
