Join Associate Membership
Vendors who are interested in meeting and working with Curves Franchisee Association's (CFA's) franchisee members may join as an Associate Member. Associate Members generally provide products or services to CFA's Franchisee Members.
Who Should Use This Page?
- A vendor who is first time to join CFA Associate Membership.
- A vendor whose CFA Associate Membership expires soon (or has expired) and wants to renew it.
